This policy covers how RankInbox treats personal information that RankInbox collects and receives, including information related to your past use of RankInbox products and services, your use of www.RankInbox.com, or any RankInbox web sites. Clients

RankInbox services and products are developed for the use of, and distributed to, third party clients. Information Collection and Use

When you register for a RankInbox event, we ask that you provide basic contact information such as your name, address, and email address. In addition, other questions specifically for an event might be asked and recorded so as to better equip the event hosts for customizing their event.

Upon successful registration, you automatically opt in for RankInbox service communications, as specified on the Web form. RankInbox collects personal information when you register with RankInbox, when you use RankInbox products or services, when you visit RankInbox pages or the pages of certain RankInbox partners. RankInbox may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

From time to time, RankInbox may send (or provide name and email address to its business partners in order to allow them to send) emails or other correspondence from business partners who provide complimentary products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. 'No Spyware' Policy

RankInbox does not contain Spyware. Spyware is software that is installed deceptively to gather information about you without your knowledge. This can include centrally recording your personal internet usage, monitoring your keyboard strokes or capturing personal information.

Product Transfers

If for any reason a product is discontinued through acts of God or otherwise, management reserves the right to transfer a customer to another product(s) of equivalent or higher value. Under no circumstances in such cases is a customer eligible for a refund.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

RankInbox may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your RankInbox account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
